Mega Mode

The Rangers power up to Mega Mode to pilot the Zords. This mode is intended to be used only in the zord cockpits.

Mega Katana is the primary weapon in Mega Mode. This blade allows the Rangers to perform the formation's finishing attack.

Red Ranger was the only Ranger to leave the cockpit in Mega Mode form. He stood on top of the Samurai Megazord to summon the Beetle Zord.

This mode is first seen in Power Rangers: Samurai "The Team Unites" episode and makes its debut in Power Rangers: Samurai "Origins, Part 1" episode.
