Serrator

Serrator is the newest villain in Power Rangers: Super Samurai. He made a brief appearance in Power Rangers: Samurai "Broken Dreams" and "Clash of the Red Rangers" episode.

Serrator placed a curse on Deker, transforming him into a half-human and half-Nighlok. He also transformed Dayu into her current Nighlok form.

Serrator hires Dayu and Deker for his own agenda to flood the Earth.

Serrator is voiced by Derek Judge.
